INSTRUCTIONS:
Enter values for X, Y, and theta (Q). Theta must be in radians. Hit RETURN.
The components of the resultant vector are displayed as X' and Y'.
For best results, try a unit vector with zero rotation first. Then enter a new rotation value and observe the change in vector position. Calculate the rotation matrix and resultant vector using the method shown on the previous page.
