Looking for Research Subjects
The Biomechanics Lab is often working on a variety of research projects that require human subjects. The research we perform is often non-invasive. Data is collected via motion analysis cameras, force platforms and other force measuring devices. Most projects require an hour of time in the lab. Depending on the project's sponsor, some projects may compensate subjects for their time.
All research projects have been reviewed and approved by Penn State's Institutional Review Board
The following projects are currently recruiting subjects:
- “Measurements of Locomotion and Musculoskeletal Architecture” seeking MALE subjects AGES 65-90, who can walk up/down stairs (7 steps) without pain. Contact Sabrina Lee at 814-404-4972 or click here for more information
